Christmas Parties are always an event we look forward to whether it is one or five like this year! Bring on the Fun!
PIKUS CHRISTMAS PARTY
We had our traditional talent show and a fun auction for gifts. Grandma Pikus bought all the gifts this year and gave us pretend money to bid on wrapped presents. She really overdid it and everyone went away with some great gifts!
HELM / WRIGHT CHRISTMAS PARTY
We have a great time at the Helm/ Wright Christmas Party each year. They had a potluck soup dinner and games and crafts for the kids. We don't get to see this side of the family often, so we enjoy our visiting at the parties.
SUNRISE MEADOWS 1st WARD CHRISTMAS PARTY
Our Ward has had the tradition of a Christmas Breakfast every year which has seemed to be successful so it frees up our evenings. After we ate, there were a few games that families and kids played. The Yates Kids got the prize for the best Rudolph made out of balloons and a nylon sock. It is always a bonus that Santa is there, then I don't have to fight the crowds at the mall to take the kids to let him know what the kids want!
ROBINSON BARN PARTY
We always have the Robinson Party at a Barn in Bluffdale. We eat stew and dance all evening long. The family has gotten so big that we don't know most of the people, but it is always fun to hang out and get to know new family we haven't met.
AYSIA'S DANCE TEAM PARTY
Aysia wanted to host a party for her cute dance team so they made gingerbread houses, exchanged white elephant gifts, made hot chocolate and of course choreographed a dance!
YATES CHRISTMAS PARTY
This year we were able to enjoy the Yates party at Grammy and Grandpa's house. Grammy isn't able to get out often anymore due to her health so we were grateful we could take the party to her. Dinner was great, the yearly nativity was adorable, the dice game was insane as always, but the company was PRICELESS!!
