Noelle was the recipient of the prestigious Dale Rex Memorial Award and BYU. The Dale Rex Memorial Award is presented annually by the Cougar Club to an individual who has made a significant contribution to athletics in the state of Utah. Apparently she had some big shoes to follow. Some of the prior awards were given to Larry H. Miller and Steve Young. It was quite the accomplishment. Congratulations Noelle!!!!
