Summertime is always cut way too short. We decided to take the kids to Lake Powell one last time before school started. Noelle, Janson, my dad and kids all joined us. We got off to a late start and didn't end up finding our campsite until it was dark with a large spotlight. We were lucky to find a great spot. It is always a challenge to camp with two one year old children. Both Traycen and Auri woke up a few times. We lucked out with the weather. The kids loved cliff jumping, tubing and swimming. The boys made me a little nervous with the cliff jumping. They went much higher than I wanted, but were coaxed when several boats stopped to cheer them on. We made tin foil dinners to make cooking a little easier. We went on a long hike and looked for little frogs. Lucky for Noelle and I, we never saw any piranhas.
