The kids were so excited to go to the Mall Of America. I don't think it was for the stores, but more for the indoor amusement park, Nickelodeon Universe. It was amazing how many rides they were able to cram into a small space. They had some great roller coasters. We looked at a few shops and found the lego section where the kids busied themselves making all sorts of creations. One day is not enough time to see the whole mall. The gelato we shared was also a great treat. Noelle was nice enough to let the kids miss a day of school in order to hang out with us.
