For the Fourth of July, we were invited to stay up at Todd and Dayna’s Ranch with the rest of the family. We are lucky that it is fairly close, but feels like we are way out in the country. The boys had a good time hunting. Taylor’s younger brother’s and friends rigged up the backhoe and used it as a jumping station. The kids would hold onto the bucket and it would raise up until they would decide to let go. Probably not the safest thing to do. They also made a giant slip and slide. A tube was connected to a rope with a pulley. The pulley was attached to the 4 wheeler. They would count down and off they went, down the slide, up the jump and into the water. It was a very relaxing weekend and the kids had a blast!
