Shonnie and Bart's daughter was getting married to Stevo who we have met and gotten to know over the last couple of years at family functions and Lake Powell. When they decided to get married, they needed to find someone to marry them. So they asked Dad. He was honored to be asked and Stevo made sure to inform him that he didn't want to be embarrassed. Dad did a great job and made it short and sweet, the way wedding ceremonies should be. After, mom helped transition the room the ceremony was in into a reception hall and played many rolls for Shonnie as her "behind the scenes coordinator" to make sure everything was running smoothly. She decorated, coordinated Dad, Nici and Jayden getting Pizza for the hungry guests between the ceremony and reception that was forgotten, filled the water dispensers, served Beignets, emptied full garbages, and filled the dessert toppings when they ran out. It was a beautiful wedding!
