The kids have been begging to ride the Front Runner train
for years. I finally decided to make an evening of it. Grandma Pikus joined us
and we took a ride on the Front Runner to Salt Lake. We went to the Gateway
where we looked at stores, bought some fun candy including chocolate covered
crickets which the kids were brave enough to try, let the kids run through the
fountains and had a fabulous dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen. It was a
great evening with the kids.
