Saying goodbye to the Dance Year

Both Aysia and Auri were able to compete at Lagoon this year. Aysia performed her solo and took 1st place (Queen). She did a great job. Unfortunately, it was a vert cold, wet day. We didn't want to stay long and took a little break in the car with the heater on while we waited for the results.

 We came back the next day for the team competitions. Both girls were amazing. This was Auri's first competition dance and did an incredible job. I don't know if she was more excited to dance or dress up and wear makeup.

 After receiving her medal, it was time to hit the rides. Auri's favorite is the Scrambler. She is lucky her mom doesn't get sick on rides.

 In between dances, Aysia's team wanted to go on a few of the rides together.

 SPRING RECITAL

 Both girls were able to perform their dance routines in front of family and friends at the end of the year recital.
