DAY 3 - LA

It was Sunday, so we found a church close to our hotel in Anaheim and went to Sacrament meeting. We saw one of Taylor's old companions there as well as one of Noelle's friends visiting from Saratoga Springs. What a small world! After church, we went back to meet Pat to see where Uncle Mike's plot was at the Cemetery. Since he was Cremated, his ashes sit in an urn under a bench in a beautiful area of the cemetery overlooking a pond. It was nice to visit and Mom was able to find some closure. We also found a small old church which had been restored and moved. The groundskeeper saw us walking the grounds and said he could go grab the keys. So he let us in and told us about the history of it. We left Pat and headed up to Beverly Hills area where Noelle was invited to dinner at the Mission Presidents home. They invited us along and had a great dinner. Traffic was awful. It took us and hour to go only 15-20 miles. We made it and were able to enjoy the dinner. We then attended the fireside that Noelle spoke at. She did and amazing job, as always. You could really feel the spirit. Rob was supposed to fly home that afternoon, but the kids begged him to stay so they could join us for Disneyland the next day.
