Kodiak Island

Dad, Rob, Taylor, Jared and Janson all planned a trip to visit Dad's cousin, Pat who lives on Kodiak Island. He own's a commercial fishing business and was kind enough to let the boys stay there and take them fishing. Taylor enjoyed helping out in the kitchen and learning the art of a few Alaskan cuisines. They fished the rivers at first and then headed out on the big boat to catch crab in the pods and do some deep sea fishing. They actually caught an octopus as well, which Pat kept and gave to his neighbor who likes to eat it. Our freezers are now full of fish and we are excited for some weekly fish Fries! Way to go Boys!
