Rise and Shine! Time to visit the happiest place on Earth
We got up early and were at the gates in plenty of time before the park opened. We wanted to jump on Indiana Jones first, but it was shut down for the first part of the day. So we ran over to thunder mountain and were able to get right on. It was a perfect day with amazing weather in the 70's. Thank goodness for the fast passes. We were able to go on most of the rides without many long lines. It helped that we weren't going over the weekend or holiday and that the kids were still in school. Rob and the kids hung out for most of the first part of the day, but had to get back for his late afternoon flight. We stuck it out until closing. We walked and walked and loved every ride. We were sad Pirates of the Caribbean was closed for maintenance. We were able to eat at the Blue Bayou which didn't seem as exciting without the ride going, but it was still a fun atmosphere. Aysia was able to ride on most of the rides and surprisingly Auri as well. She loved all of the fast roller coasters and didn't want to stop. Taylor took her back to the Hotel for a couple hours for a nap that she needed. What a perfect day to spend in Disneyland!
