I have always loved celebrating Mother's day. I have the most amazing Mama! She has been a great example to me and I am trying to raise my kids the same way she raised me. She has always been patient and a great listener and understanding of us and our needs. I have been so lucky to have another Mother join my life 20 years later, Judi! I am grateful that she raised an amazing young man who would become an incredible Father to 4 beautiful children. And for all other mom's who have had an impact on mine or my children's life, THANK YOU!!
I was given tickets to see the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Pint from my sweet Friend, Lindsay. It was so fun going with mom and enjoying the peaceful statues and scenes from Christ's life and ministry.
For Mother's Day we invited the Family over to Grandma & Grandpa Pikus's to celebrate all the Mom's. Rob brought his Infamous steaks and we had a great time reminiscing about our growing up years.
I love cards for special occasions, but my favorite are the homemade ones!!
