The boys both had tournaments in St. George's "Ice Breaker" cup on the same weekend, so we decided to make it a little family vacation. We ended up staying in Cedar City because the rooms were booked in St. George, but it was nice to get away from the crowds. They had dance competitions and baseball tournaments at the same time. It took us 2 extra hours to drive to St. George due to a couple of accidents and the large amounts of people headed down South. We were able to grab lunch with Mikelle and the boy's on Saturday. Skyler's team decided to take a break on Sunday and meet at Pioneer park after church. It was a beautiful day to hike around and hang out. Shane and Mandy Scott invited us over for dinner that night and hang out. The next day was Skyler's final game and it started to snow!! They tied their last game which we were fine with. If they would have won, we would have had to stay for another 4 hours and the roads were getting extra slick. It took us a while to get home, but it was definitely worth the trip!
