Saratoga Springs always does a good job with its City summer
celebrations. Mikelle was up with the boys for the week so we invited them
along! It started off with a foam party at the park. The kids loved trying to
hide and swim in it and then to rinse off, why not get sprayed by a giant fire
hose?!? Jayden volunteered with his friend Collin for the event since they were
on the City Youth Council. After a long afternoon in the sun, it was time to
grab a slushee from the gas station. That night, Dad took the kids to the carnival
and met Grandma Woobie and Mikelle and the cousins there. Luckily everyone made
it off the rides in one piece and without getting sick. Aysia, Auri and I also went to the outdoor
movie of “The Greatest Showman” and found a few more rides to enjoy! We love
our long, hot summer days!!
