2 Girls + Dance = No weekends

As much as the girls dance, they never complain. It makes all the work worth in once competition season begins. Aysia at Synergy and Auri with her Intrigue dance team, each weekend was filled with at least one competition or convention if not two. Both teams did an incredible job and the girls did and amazing job on their solos, both receiving high awards and even over alls.

Aysia had one more year of tryouts as she would be trying out for her final year as a Senior. A lot of emotions now and of course in the future. She wanted to be an officer this year and was given the VP position. She was assigned the Military dance which she would help the girls learn and clean. She is sad to have to say goodbye to the Seniors this year but was excited to welcome the new members that made it. Aysia also made the decision not to tryout for the Synergy High School team again this year and instead focus on taking several outside "Hop-in" classes around the city. She felt like she would get a better overall training picking up technique classes at several studios rather than practice the same routine week after week. She is hoping to make it onto Weber State Universities Dance Team.  Looking forward to the 24-25 dance year!

One of Auri's competitions was held in Ogden so we invited Grandma Dayna, Ashley and the kids up to watch her compete. The triplets were so good and were mesmerized by all the dancers. We grabbed a bite to eat and enjoyed a bit of the sun before they had to head back home.
