Auri's birthday was the day after Skyler returned from his mission and mom knew there would be limited time for a birthday party once he returned home so Auri planned it the weekend before her birthday. She invited a few friends over for Cupcakes and for a night out playing fugitive which Jayden and Aysia and Isaac were able to help out with. On the last round, we let Jayden ride his one wheel around to catch the kids. About half of them made it to their destinations without getting caught.
Since Auri had changed friend groups over the past few months, mom told Auri she could invite a few friends to get donuts at Avenue Bakery on the morning of her birthday which was fun for them to get caught up with each others lives.
Auri's birthday fell the day before the 1st day back to school. So we grabbed Auri's favorite food, Wings and headed to the park to eat dinner and sing happy birthday. It was a long birthday week for her, but she is definitively worth celebrating all week long!
