This was Aysia's first year running track. She has competed in Cross Country in 9th grade but this was officially her first track season. She couldn't practice as much as she would have liked with her dance schedule and then picking up the manager of the boys Varsity Soccer team seemed to max her out. She had never started out of the blocks in a race so her first time trying was at an actual meet. Luckily Isaac was there to coach her on how to set the blocks and start. It was a fun, casual season and she was able to compete with many of her friends including Lacee and make new ones. Noelle even got to coach her on long jumping which Aysia surprising liked. Most of the track meets fell on the coldest of days, but mom was there to cheer her on, rain or shine and dad was able to make it when his work schedule permitted him to come. Great Job Aysia!
