End of Year Celebrations!

With the school year coming to a close, we love to celebrate all of the end of the year accomplishments. Mom was Auri's 6th grade room mom so she and the other 6th grade room moms decorated the gymnasium for the graduation and hosted a big 6th grade graduation party at the park where they ate lunch, played games and even had an unplanned water fight. Thunderidge did a great job with the graduation ceremony. The last day of school they celebrated the 6th graders with the annual "Walkout" where the principle drives through the halls with the zamboni while the 6th graders parade behind as everyone lines the halls and cheers them on. It would be mom and dad's last elementary graduation. Definitely a bitter/sweet time. They are excited to see their kids growing and thriving but sad it is going way too fast.

Along with Auri's graduation, Mom attended Kaylee and Carlee's graduations from Payson High. This will be the first of many for the Pikus family.

Auri was able to show off what she learned at her end of the year tumbling showcase. She has come a long way this year and is now able to do her ariel, front ariel, front and back walkovers and back hand-springs.
