We love our tradition of watching conference with our family over breakfast. It has always been waffles and breakfast casseroles. This year we were able to go to Grandma and Grandpa Pikus's new home. Jared and Noelle's families were also able to make it this year.
Dad was given a few tickets to the afternoon session of conference. Since mom didn't accept the tickets he received for the temple dedication and asked him to give them to someone who really needed them, she accepted the tickets to the afternoon session of conference since she had never been to a session. They invited Grandma Woobie to join them. We were excited to hear the prophet speak since it was the last session, but unfortunately he was having hip problems at 99 years old and wasn't able to attend. They had a video of him speaking which he centered around "thinking Celestial". It was a great conference and even better since we were able to watch it with family.
