Aysia loved Drill this year especially being able to perform their show routine as Thor with retractable hammers. The Hafen's happened to be in town for a baseball tournament so they were able to join the family in celebrating Aysia's last showcase performance with the team and with her solo. This year had a sad ending due to the head Drill coach Kristy retiring after 8 years of being Westlake's coach. With the uncertainty of who would take her place, Aysia had a big decision to make whether she would just compete with a studio or continue with both the next year. She was hoping Nolan Richter who applied and has been Aysia's favorite teacher would get the job, but it was given to another head coach from Riverton. Although Aysia was bummed, she decided to give it another year. We are excited to see what the new coach, Lexi will bring.
