COVID -19

Knowing we would be stuck inside most days, we tried our best to change up our routines. Puzzle after puzzle, decorating t-shirts, baking and zoom after zoom classes. The girls dance classes were all offered online through zoom as well as our Young Men/ Young Women activities and City zoom tournaments.

We tried to get creative with our Young Women Activities while social distancing. We had individual scavenger hunts, making pillow cases on their own and chalk art on their sidewalks where the leaders walked around and dropped a treat off on the girls doorsteps unless they were outside wanting to visit from a distance. The girls did a great job! I think Ayisa's cute group ended up with more on their faces than on the cement, but at least they had a great time!

This has become our daily lives, wearing masks everywhere we go. It is required that we wear masks in any store we enter and at work, mom is required to gown up, glove up, shoe cover up, goggle up and hair-net up. She doesn't want to be bringing the Rona's home to her sweet family. We are all hoping for a quick vaccine!
