Graduation was a little different this year, obviously. With nearly 1000 students graduating from Westlake High School, graduation would be held virtually. They did a great job by assigning each student a time for photo ops and the passing of the diploma from the principal to the students. They only allowed enough people in with Jayden that would fit in a car, so we squished Grandma and Noelle in with us! They had a virtual graduation which Jayden missed since he was invited to go to Vernon Reservoir with a few friends where they made their own graduation. So the kids and I watched part of the graduation online while making dinner and enjoyed the fireworks that were displayed all over the valley for Alpine school districts celebration for all of the Seniors.
Jayden also graduated from Seminary which was also held virtually. He was one of 4 youth asked to give a talk that he had to prerecord and send to the stake so they could make a virtual seminary graduation. Jared and Jodi's family moved in with Grandma and Grandpa while they looked for a home to buy in Santaquin so they were able to join us as well.
