One of Jayden's friends (and one of my favorite Young Women at church), Tate Harrison, decided to be a contestant in the Ms. Saratoga Springs Pageant. She asked if he would be her escort which he graciously accepted. There were 7 amazing young ladies who were competing for the crown. The talent show included pianists, singers, artists, dancers and public speakers. Tate is great at speaking so she asked Noelle for a few pointers on her speech which Noelle was able to help her with. Her speech was centered around "What defines you". Tate is a huge soccer player and on the first game of her Senior season she tore her ACL which needed surgery and ended her high school soccer career. She mentioned soccer was her life and she has had to dig deep to find that soccer isn't what defined her. She has a lot more that she has to offer. She did an incredible job and ended up being named Ms. Saratoga Springs! Congrats Tate on the Crown, you deserve it.
