For Jayden's BIG 18th, he had some surprise visitors drop by for a last minute party. Noelle and Janson brought their cute family by and set up a piñata in the sports court. They brought a bat and knew he needed to beat it to the ground with any frustration he may have had due to this pandemic we are in that has stopped all celebrations, Senior trips, Proms, parties, soccer, sports, etc... He did a great job blasting it to smithereens. The kids helped themselves to the candy while Jayden received the cash inside. What a creative way to celebrate a 2020 birthday.
After asking Jayden what he wanted for a cake, he of course said he wanted lava cakes, so he got his wish and we made both Lava cakes and regular cake. Since everyone is fearful of the germs spreading, Jayden was creative when it came to blowing his candles out. He did it by hand rather than by mouth. We can't wait for the day we get back to normal again! Happy 18th Jayden... You have a bright future ahead of you!
