After putting our house for sale, we knew that we needed to replace part of the driveway due to the cracks and settling that occurred after we moved in. Most of the concrete was taken out for us, but luckily dad was able to hone in on his farmer skills and rip the rest of it out with Uncle Jared's tractor which was a life saver this summer for us. After our concrete was poured, we had several showings that weekend. We had received an offer we were going to accept, but wanted to wait until the remainder of the interested buyers had the opportunity to see it as well. Fortunately we waited. The last ones to look at the house offered us over asking price and we accepted. We are closing the second week of December. We will see where we end up since the market is incredibly high priced right now with very little inventory. For the time being, we will move in with Grandma and Grandpa Pikus until something becomes available.
