It's always a celebration at our house when June rolls around. With 3 birthdays and Father's day all in the same week, we usually like to take a break from cake for a while. Auri was so excited to make Dad and Aysia's cake this year, even with a broken arm. She did a great job and they both loved it. Auri even made sure mom hung streamers in Aysia's doorway to make sure Aysia woke up to a fun surprise. Then 4 days later we let Skyler pick what he wanted to eat and do for his big 18th birthday. It was Kneader's for lunch then stuffed avocados and pasta for dinner and bowling right after. Unfortunately dad was out of town to celebrate and Skyler wanted it small, he has always like a more low key birthday which is exactly what he got including his daily nap!
