Journey

 

One of Dad and Mom's favorite bands and performers is Journey. Mom was on her way to take Aysia to dance when dad called to ask what she had planned for the evening. She said playing chauffer. He said Journey was playing that night and asked if she wanted to go which was a very big YES, thinking he got tickets. He told her the concert started in an hour and they needed to get tickets. She arranged rides for the kids for the rest of the evening and started heading to Salt Lake while trying to buy tickets. They were definitely on the pricey side and they set a limit of what they would pay. The concert had just started and after 2 other sellers would not come down in price even after the concert had started she had a bite and got a killer deal with amazing seats. They met up in Salt Lake at the Vivint Arena and enjoyed not only every minute of Journey but they also got there in time to sing along with the opening act TODO playing the amazing song "Africa". It was such a fun last minute date and well worth the stress of finding last minute tickets!
