The girls both finished their competition seasons strong. There were a few injuries, tears, smiles, laughter and the feeling of accomplishment. They have both grown immensely this past year. Their dance teachers have pushed them, especially Nolan who choreographed Aysia's solo. He pushed her when she didn't think she could be pushed any longer. Auri also finished strong on her team dances as well as her solos. She would get confused if the stage was facing the "wrong way" from the way she would practice and twice started moving toward the wrong way on the stage. She has great recovery skills and many would not even know she made a mistake. Aysia was also able to perform in the end of the year dance recital for Vista's Dance Company. This was the last performance for her at the school. Now she will be on a bigger stage. We are excited to see what the next few years can bring for both these incredible dancers!

All Good Things Must Come To An End...
This year would mark the final year of Aysia competing with her team at Ultimate. Many have already come and gone especially since Aysia was one of the younger dancers for years. It was a bitter, sweet ending for those who she danced with over the years. They were a great team and have come a long way. Auri will continue to dance with her team hopefully for years to come. She loves her teammates and has made some great friends.
