PG-13 Skiing

Spring Skiing, also known as "PG-13 Skiing" in Skyler's terminology due to the limited amount of clothing people wear on the slopes, was well upon us. Taylor and Skyler headed up on Thursday night and the girls joined them Saturday afternoon to ski the remainder of the day and evening. It was a beautiful day and warm enough that we didn't need our coats to ski. We hung out, played games and ate great food. Skyler was going to have  a few friends join us, but due to spring break and Skyler's late notice he had given his friends, only Adam Powell was able to make it only to find out that he was going to be tested for Covid the day they left. Skyler didn't want to risk getting sick due to his upcoming soccer season. If he ended up getting it, he would miss almost a third of his season. So it ended up just being our small family and Grandma  Woobie joined us Easter morning for breakfast and lunch. Of course we had to play our egg wars and make our traditional Eggs Ala-Golden-Rod. It was relaxing and much needed after a long year of craziness!
