We definitely have our Easter traditions. This year, Skyler and Aysia were too busy to paint eggs so I gave the task to Auri and her friend Kassie. There were a few messes as well as spills, but it was all worth the beautiful eggs they made. Saturday morning, Jared's family and the Pace's came over to enjoy brunch, watch conference and provide the kids with an Easter Egg hunt. Grandma did a great job filling the eggs and even left a few monetary gifts in some of the eggs including one large "Golden Egg" that had $20 in it. The kids searched high and low and Makai was eventually the one to find it buried under the sand in the sand box. It was a beautiful day. We missed Skyler and Taylor who were up at the Brighton Cabin enjoying a ski day.
We are starting to find Grandpa falling asleep wherever he is, including the breakfast and dinner table.
