The Orem Fest is another tradition for our family. We love the parade and firework show after. This year Mom had to save spots at 6am on Friday before the parade on Saturday. She got there just on time and was able to grab enough space to invite Grandma Woobie, Grandma Pikus, the Pace Family, the Pikus Family and friends. We grabbed Kentucky Fried Chicken to go and ate dinner while watching the parade. The kids were given some money to spend at the carnival, but the lines were too long so they weren't able to ride on any in between the parade and fireworks. The fireworks made up for it and the cousins, family and friends all had a great time!
