We really wanted to see Celeste falls, but knew that the normally bright blue water would not be seen if it was raining. It had rained extremely hard all night, but we didn't have any other day to go that would be any better. So we travelled about an hour to the falls. It was a bright green color rather than the blue, but very impressive. We decided to hike up stream where the water was turning a brighter blue. At the end of our path we were greeted by a Coati which looked like an ant eater. We also lucked out by walking right by a family of monkeys swinging through the trees. They passed over the path we were walking on. The mom had a baby on her back as she was swinging from tree to tree. We then went to a true Costa Rican Restaurant near our Hotel. Skyler ordered fish which was literally an entire fish with eyes and gills and fins. He loved it. We played the game Jenga while we waited for our dinner. Then it was back to the hotel to soak in the pools and go to bed.
