Spring Break (California)- Day 2

We had another early start. We ate breakfast in the hotel room and packed up. Noelle had a video speaking obligation that her and Janson needed to fulfill so Grandma and Mom took the kids to Ethel M's where we enjoyed the desert gardens and of course the infamous chocolate. Since it is a chocolate making factory, we were able to look through the windows at the machinery. Typically they are making chocolate, but they were taking a break in order to clean the machines. The kids had a great time! After Noelle and Janson completed their conference, we headed out completing the remainder of our drive to San Diego. We arranged to have dinner with Andy, Sabrina and Kaitlyn that night. So we went to a Mexican Restaurant where we enjoyed spending a few hours with them. We were lucky that the restaurants had just recently opened up to indoor dining. They had been closed in California for over a year. It was good timing on our part. I was a great way to end another day!

Our Game of the trip was to see who could spot the car that was from the farthest distance away from where we currently were. Auri won on this occasion... HAWAII!!
