We always wondered where the kids got their crazy side from, then Dad and mom went out on a date and dad ordered our food through the drive through with these goggles on. Now it all makes sense!
Mom had to work late the night before her birthday which meant she arrived home after midnight on her birthday. The kids and Dad were amazing and left her favorite donuts, Junior Mints and flowers to let her know they were thinking of her. Then we went to we celebrated that night with Grandma and Grandpa with some ice cream cake.
Nike shoes are very popular right now and are not cheap. Most ranging in the $100's for a pair. These particular pair were for sale in the high hundreds, but dad decided to buy a simple while pair of them and paint them for under $100! Luckily he is great at detail and you couldn't tell the difference.
Skyler took a woods shop class this year and was able to complete this end table as well as a Chess board. It has been fun watching him use his creative side with wood. He has a little bit of dad in him as he is a perfectionist at heart.
